I found these saucy white Steve Madden Elusion flats for $30 at Macy’s. Even better is they are still full price on the Steve Madden website! I paired these flats with a NY leotard I found at Forever 21 for $12 and a pencil skirt I found at H&M for $24. The inscribing on the shirt picks up the white in the shoes and I added a leopard clutch for a pop of print. All this for under $70 bucks!
